Interested in learning MBA style case study methodology? Ever wondered how economics played a role in the successes and failures of Tesla Motors and Target Corp.?

The International Economics Business Association (IEBA) is proud to present our final event of the 2014-2015 year, the Tesla-Target Case Study Workshop. Participants will be led through two MBA style case studies taught by Dr. Werner Antweiler from the Strategy and Business Economics Division at the Sauder School of Business. The first portion of the event will be an overview of a Harvard Case Study on Tesla Motors Inc. covering the fundamentals of case study analysis. The second portion of the event will be an interactive workshop analyzing the recent exit of Target from Canada. Participants will use MBA style case methodology to investigate the drivers behind the decision making of firms.
